- House Rules
All of the properties of Tenos Travel are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on balconies or outside the property. If any smoke smell or damage is evident in the apartment upon your arrival, please contact support immediately.
Non-registered guests are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
Unless previously consulted and agreed in a written form by the management.
- Right to Evict
Tenos Travel also reserves the right to refuse to provide an accommodation if on arrival the Guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
- Check-out Rules
Please clean up the dishes and empty the dishwasher.
Please do not leave any opened food items and empty the fridge and freezer.
Please take out trash.
Please separate clean and used towels.
Please close all windows, turn off the lights and make sure all the appliances including air-conditioning are switched off.
By violation of the check-out rules, a cleaning fee in the amount of 20 EUR will apply.
- Cancellations and Alterations of Bookings
If the reservation is cancelled up to 24 hours before the day of arrival, no fee will be charged. If such reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Full payment in 48 hours after you receive the invoice. Failure to receive the payment by the specified date will be viewed as a cancellation. Payment can only be accepted in Euro and made using Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card.
- Facilities and Services Included in the Price of the Apartment
All properties are fully furnished and include a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils. Please note that certain parts of the properties equipment such as toaster, fan, baby chair and baby crib are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance.
Only very basic toiletries are supplied to the room and guests are reminded to bring their own.
No items may be removed from the properties.
All prices quoted are inclusive of bed linen, towels, utilities, cable TV and Internet.
- Loss of Guest’s Property
Tenos Travel cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any belongings, or for injury sustained by the Guest or members of his/her party during their stay at the properties except to the extent that such injury or loss or damage to any belongings is caused by the negligence or default of Tenos Travel.
Tenos Travel does not provide insurance for personal effects. We strongly recommend that guests make their own arrangements for travel and motor insurances to cover any such losses.
